Craniosacral therapy was one of the great scientific discoveries of the twentieth century. Dr. William Sutherland found that the brain and spinal cord have a slight gentle motion, which has a profound effect on how the central nervous system works.

Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) adds the critical aspects of fascia and dental issues to his work. The fascia is a full body connective tissue web that can apply tremendous pressure to the nerves, muscles, organs, and bones.
The power of CFT revolves around the integration of hands-on procedures that facilitate healing without drugs, vitamins, supplements, technology, or surgery. A freely moving brain and unrestricted fascia are a must for all newborns, children, and adults.

In 2006, Dr. Barry Gillespie created the Baby Brain Score (BBS). This hands on screening tool quickly assesses brain function in the first few minutes of life.

A compromised score alerts birth professionals to the need for immediate CFT. We believe that the effects of fetal and birth traumas can be mitigated at the beginning of life to create optimal brain function, prevent many diseases, and avert a lifetime of suffering.

Faemon Energy Healing

I am a descendant of the Tuatha De Danaan. I’m whom my Irish greatgrandmom referred to as Fae, like her. I’m more than fae. A normal fae human is 15 % fae and 85% human. I’m faemon, I’m the opposite. I’m a psychic medium and remote viewer with bi-location abilities. I don’t have to touch you to feel your pain. I only have to be in your aura. I’m a medical intuitive. I didn’t realize I see differently than other people til I was 9. When a family member who passed overnight visited me, during dream time.
I remember many past lives and I remember my weapons of light and the cauldrons I could feed hundreds of people with.  I “shine” when I’m content or doing energy work. I am protected by My Fae, Angels, Exra Terrestrial and Interdimensional Beings.

The Tuatha Dé Danann were called the Shining Ones, an ancient pre-Celtic Irish tribe, the fifth one that invaded the island in ancient times. They would later be associated with Elven or Fairy Folk, but in Irish myths, they weren’t anything like the fairies of folklore today.

This tribe was not human but described as elegant, beautiful, and even shining with light. These mysterious beings arrived with the secret knowledge of the gods. When you begin to look into their story, you begin to see a dizzying array of connections to ancient mythologies in other parts of the world.

These demi-gods arrived on ships descending from the heavens in a great mist that blocked out daylight for three days and nights. Then, they burned the ships, forcing themselves to take up residence permanently.

Tuatha Dé Danann is translated to “people of the goddess Danu,” a primordial mother goddess. This same name, Danu, or Asura is also a Hindu goddess, and the name may describe “primeval waters.” Some have drawn comparisons to the wife of Zeus, the goddess Diana, whose name was derived from the Proto-Indo-European for “(bright) sky.” She was known to the Romans as the goddess of the hunt, the Moon, and nature.

According to Mysterious Universe, there are also startling links to many other ancient mythologies, including the Nephilim of the Bible and the ancient Sumerian Anunnaki.

The Tuatha Dé Danann, once considered gods and goddesses, would be relegated to the standing of mythological fairies and fairy circles. While still respected and feared by many in the Irish countryside as real and dangerous beings, they became the stuff of modern fairytales to most people.

Holy Fire and Osui Reiki

Holy Fire Reiki is a blend of traditional Usui Reiki and a modern evolution of Reiki. It was introduced by the International Center of Reiki Training in January of 2014 by William Rand.

Holy Fire Reiki is not a religion and is available to everyone regardless of his or her spiritual belief system.

Orthopedic massage is a style of massage therapy focused on treating painful conditions that affect the soft tissues of the body. Because orthopedic massage is designed to treat medical conditions, it requires extensive training. It involves releasing tense muscles, helping to stretch and lengthen tight muscles and tendons, and decompress rigid joints. My goal is to restore full health to the soft tissues of your body, both treating your specific conditions as well as improving your overall well-being.

Myofascial Release Massage

Myofascial massage is a technique used to treat injuries and discomfort, reducing pain and increasing range of motion. Myofascial massage differs from other types of massage in that it targets the fascia - the membrane surrounding muscles - rather than the muscle itself. Since fascia completely encases every muscle in the body, imbalances in the fascia can have serious effects on your range of motion and comfort level. While other forms of massage can overlook the fascia, myofascial massage focuses specifically on releasing tension in this important membrane.

Neuromuscular Therapy

Neuromuscular therapy is a system of massage techniques that were developed in the 1930's by Dr. Stanley Lief in England. It uses a holistic approach towards healing, emphasizing and stimulating the body's natural ability to heal itself. Neuromuscular therapy also enhances the function of joints and muscles, and accelerates the overall healing process by facilitating the release of endorphins.

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger Point Therapy is a style of bodywork that focuses on stimulating and releasing "trigger points" in your body. Trigger points are tender areas of tension similar to acupressure points, except they occur in the belly of the muscle rather than along the energy pathways of the body. These "knots" are built up throughout a person's life due to physical, mental, and/or emotional stress. During a session, focused pressure is applied through a variety of techniques order to release your trigger points. This process can be quite painful at times, yet the effects are lasting and profoundly transformative.

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions, the self -treatment, practice using all the level II symbols including distant healing, and practice using all the Japanese Reiki Techniques mentioned above.

While practice takes place during the class, it is expected that you will set aside additional time to practice after the class is over. Please commit to this additional time which should be one evening a week for several weeks, or its equivalent, to practice Reiki with one or more people from your Reiki class or with members of your family or friends. This additional practice is necessary to gain the experience and confidence you need to fully utilize the Reiki training.
